Shawn Horner
Vice President – Motion Technology Center, Motion Systems Group
Shawn is the Vice President – Motion Technology Center for Parker’s Motion Systems Group. Since joining Parker 12 years ago, Shawn has worked across both industrial and aerospace markets in a variety of strategic roles including leading mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, digital initiatives, and disruptive technology teams. As Parker’s Motion Technology Center lead, Shawn and his team are dedicated to advancing new technologies for the electrification of on-road and off-road mobile machines.
Paul Horvat
Vice President - Business Development, Motion Systems Group
Paul is the Vice President of Business Development for Parker’s Motion Systems Group. He leads the marketing and business development function for one of Parker’s six operating groups.
With 30 years of Parker experience, Paul has been involved in thousands of motion and control applications over the years spanning a wide range of electromechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic technologies. He brings strong expertise in the electrification of motion control, having been part of Parker’s electrification strategy in the industrial and mobile markets for decades. He is particularly excited at the prospect of developing and applying innovative solutions that bring the best of electric and hydraulic motion technologies together for a better tomorrow.
