Which browsers can I use to access the platform?
Windows : Edge 12+; Firefox 27+, Chrome 30+
MacOs : Safari 7+, Firefox 27+, Chrome 30+
Linux : Firedox 27+, Chrome 30+
It is recommended you unblock/enable your cookies to access the whole platform. With Google Chrome, go to the Settings > Safety Check > Cookies and Other site data > Cookies, and then Accept All.
If 3rd party cookies are displayed when viewing video sessions, please unblock cookies and click on the button New Tab. You may watch your session in the newly displayed tab.
Which operating system can I use to access the platform?
MacOS 10.9 or later
Windows 7, Windows 8 or 8.1 , Windows 10, Windows 11
Which tablet and mobile devices can I use to access the platform?
iOS and Android devices.

What should I do if I cannot access the platform?
Clear the event website cache and cookies, then hit Refresh. Close any background application. Use a wired internet connection or WI-Fi with a mobile device. Disconnect from any VPN.
How do I register for this online event?
Please go to the Home page and click the button Register Here at the top of the page.
You may use your business email to register.
How do I watch the sessions on the Talks Agenda?
If you are already registered, your access will be granted to the Talks Agenda sessions starting from 24th October. Since the event is web-based, you may watch the sessions on your desktop or mobile phone, using your browser and operating system as described above.
Can I watch a Talks Agenda session later if I am not able to on the day it is released?
You can watch these sessions on demand. Your access will be granted so long as you are registered.
How do I get access to the Product Solutions virtual booth?
If you are already registered, your access will be granted to the Product Solutions virtual booth starting from 24th October.
